• Strategy Manager, up to £90k + package:
• This role forms part of the internal Strategy Function responsible for ensuring that the company responds to the rapidly changing market place and retains its leading Industry position. You will be tasked with performing Analysis and providing Strategic advice on almost all major decisions made by the Business. • Ad Sales Strategy Analyst, up to £45K with 10% bonus + package:
• This role sits in the company’s largest and fastest growing revenue stream. The role is to understand, communicate and optimise performance of the different ad sales businesses. While part of the Finance department, the Ad Sales FP&A team works closely with ad sales teams in different markets and the central operations and strategy teams. The Analyst will focus primarily on the company’s Ad Sales business across Europe (EMEA), with growing scope to include the Latin and Asian business. The ideal candidate will have 18 – 24 month experience in Strategic Consulting with some ad sales knowledge and would have attended a leading school. • The Manager will play a crucial role in the strategy team, working closely with Senior Management. The London-based strategy team plays a pivotal role in strategy development and execution across the UK, Russia, Australia and Central and Eastern Europe. The Strategy Manager will solve complex corporate and commercial issues by employing structured thinking and rigorous analysis. The manager will be expected to bring creativity to problem-solving and will be able to influence stakeholders through clear communication. • Broadband Cable Operator – Strategy Manager, Circa £110K + Total Compensation: Zurich:
• Act as corporate strategy officer and lead major strategic initiatives across business units. Identify obstacles and suggest alternatives while assessing financial impact of strategic decision. Develop business models and build scenarios. Manage and relate with external consultants and introduce them to relevant strategies ensuring timely and complete execution of projects. Create and maintain a platform for dialogue with scientific institutions in order to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. • A fantastic opportunity exists for a consultant with between 3-5 years’ experience at a leading consulting firm to join the Global Sales team as in-house consultant for Go-to-Market Strategy. The team consult internally on a country by country basis addressing issues affecting sales and marketing. We are looking for someone who is very dynamic and adaptable, highly analytical with very strong independent modelling skills, strong negotiating ability and some international experience. • Private Equity – Director, Portfolio Management – six figure salary + carry
• Our client is a UK mid-market firm investing predominantly in TMT, Financial Services and Consumer businesses. They are seeking to add an Investment Director with a mix of Consulting and Industry experience (ideally at C-Level). Your work will be focused on operational improvements within portfolio firms – with the firm investing in a range of situations such as turnarounds of under-performing businesses, buy and build and growth. The firm is also developing plans for a new fund this year, meaning this role comes at a time which maximises the incentive of carry. • Working with the Investment team focused on deal-sourcing and execution, you will have a background of between 3-5 years in Consulting and/or Private Equity, preferably with two or three key verticals and good knowledge of due diligence and valuations processes. In the long-term there may be potential to move in to a more Operational role, however this would only be after you have gained a good deal of transactions experience. Investing from £25-60m typically; with a strong focus on long-term growth strategy, you will not only source and execute deals but be trained in the ensuing management portfolio companies and bolt-on acquisitions. • A leading Global Investment Bank is looking for a Director of Technology in their Commodities arm. This role supports Oil, Metals, Power, Gas and Emissions. The team and the technology works across London, Singapore and North America. The UK team is responsible for the development of systems to support the Global Commodities Business. You will be responsible for determining business requirements for the IT team, and understanding contributions to these projects, to deliver solutions to the business. You will be charged with shaping an architectural direction for the team, creating solutions which fit in with the Strategy and the Strategic direction for both Commodities and IT. They are looking for someone from a Management Consulting background with 2-4 years’ experience. This has high exposure to the CEO and requires someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a keen interest in the wider economy. • A fantastic opportunity in the Strategy team of the Wholesale banking arm of a major UK bank. • A leading Global Insurer is looking for a Senior Consultant for their internal Business Consulting team. This team sits on the non-life side of the business. It will see you responsible for conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions and presenting recommendations to the bored. As well as this you will develop the strategic outlook for the business unit internationally (with a strong focus on the European operation). You will have spent some time top tier Management Consulting house and 3+ years in the Insurance industry too. A grasp of another European language is advantageous but not essential. • Senior Managing Consultant- £80-85k+ bonus c.25%
• The Consulting arm of one of the world’s largest Payments companies is looking for a Senior Consultant. You will join their UK and Ireland based team, of 3. They are focused on developing Strategy for Financial Institutions, Merchants, and Acquirers around the UK. You will look at developing the strategy for given clients with a view to their current cards portfolio and payments behaviour. This will stretch as far as even looking at Marketing and risk aspects of given products. You will also then work with the delivery teams to implement this. They are looking for a candidate with 8-12 years of experience in consulting and cards and payments. Not all of this experience has to be from a Management Consulting house. • Senior Strategist- £100k-£150k + bonus
• One of the largest law firms in the world is looking to bring on a Management Consultant in a permanent capacity to support their Strategic Decision making. This role reports directly into the CAO and represents the building out of a new function. You will be charged with looking at new market entry strategies, setting up new offices, working with the Partners to increase business understanding and looking at inorganic growth activity. You will have 5-10 years of experience in a top tier Management Consulting house. This does not have to have encompassed consulting to law firms, however. • Chief Strategy Officer- up to £110k+package
• An aggressively growing global Law firm is looking for a Chief Strategy officer. The firm has achieved growth of around 15% year on year, in the last 3 years, and aims to keep growing at this rate. You will look at how to drive profitability over practise areas, future business planning, market entry strategies and new office openings. You will sit on the Senior Management team and report and liaise consistently with the Partners. You will sit over the Business Development and Marketing teams also. Someone coming from a top tier Management Consulting house with around 5 years of experience would be ideal.
